Admissions Office
Enrolment (matriculation)
Once you have received your letter of admissions from the International Office, the Admissions Office of the Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe - University of Applied Sciences will send you an invitation to enrol in a degree programme. If you are a fresher, the dates for winter semester enrolment are usually in the second week of September. Winter semester enrolment for advanced students is usually scheduled for the second half of September, one week before lectures commence.
The Admissions Office will state which documents are required for enrolment. If you have any questions regarding enrolment or your degree programme, do not hesitate to contact the administrative staff of the Admissions Office. You can, for instance, call them (if dialling from outside Germany, first dial +49, omitting the 0 in front of the area code, i.e. 5261 instead of 05261).

When enrolling, you will need to show proof of current medical insurance, certification of practical training and payment of the semester fee.
