The members of the MFR are engaged in an intensive interchange with local and regional industry. They regularly provide speakers at symposia, trade fairs and specialised events of other institutes, and at training events of industrial enterprises, so that knowledge transfer can take place in this context.
Several options for cooperation with interested industrial enterprises exist. They are listed below, in order of the intensity of research competence involved:
– study projects
– internship semesters for students/ student trainees
– seniors
– bilateral consulting services
– bilateral research project/service/pre-project
– consulting services using external testing labs.
– publicly funded research projects
