Master of Arts
Study profile
The Master´s course of 4 semesters is run in cooperation with the Conservatory of Music in Detmold and the Aalborg University of Esbjerg in Denmark, and complies with the ECTS System.
Students are required to choose one special topic of study:
- Visual Production (Digital Filmproduction)
- Visual Production (Animation, Compositing)
Study process
By splitting the course into modules the students can study in semester-blocks at the three participating institutions. The first semester is completed e.g. in Denmark and focuses amongst others on the academic work done in the media. The second semester is held at University of Applied Science in Lemgo. The following semester will cover the field of moving images. This involves creating a media product like a music video within a team.
In the forth and final semester the students prepare their master thesis, which consists of a comprehensive academic article as well as a hands-on music or video project.
